The city completed part one of a two-part streetscape improvement project in the downtown district. more than three years agp. Part two was supposed to pick up shortly thereafter, and has yet to get under way to this point. The delay came because the city wanted to take care of the stoplight problem at the same time as part two of the streetscape. The delay in doing part two of the streetscape led to the delay in doing something about the stoplight.

why was the stoplights rotation so long??
where I live, we have a stoplight intersection where a highway and an outer road meet. But our light does not change unless a car pulls up on the side road. Otherwise, the light is ALWAYS green for the highway. So usually traffic does not back up with those kind of traffic lights. |
