My headset breaks do to being an X4 and turtle beach refuses to fix it. The cords for the X4 are flawed by design they know it that is why they came out with the X41. But they ill not exchange my dead X4 for an X41 set. I say to anyone wanting to buy one of there headsets save you're self the trouble and look elsewhere.

I love your guys products...I had one question...why dont you guys make your headset look more prfessional I could say...like adding our gamer tag in specific text or something beyond that like choosing our color for our headset...I am completely down to pay 10 or 20 bucks for that....") Hey i have the x31 and i dont really use the thing that connects your headset to the controller to talk but today i tried to talk and it wouldnt let me the same thing happened to my x1s is it because i dont plug it in often?

ok so i was checking it out and yah its alot cheaper but the only refurb is the x4 and those are older models so those would be cheaper eneyways they were 129$ so im guessing the x41 would be like 135-150 maybe?? do you have a price check or you just make videos for them?
