In this age of social disconnectivity and lack of human contact, the effects of the Free Hugs campaign have become phenomenal.

On March 22nd, 2008, myself and thirteen others took to the streets of Chuncheon, South Korea in what may have been the largest free hugs campaign ever in South Korea. Young, old, male, female, across cultures, languages and skin colors we hugged and hugged and hugged. Smile after smile this was truly a very special time. Many thanks to everyone who came out and participated and, of course, many thanks to Juan Mann for his inspiration.
