My ongoing resume to get Bae Yong Joon (BYJ) to hire me as his personal chef. : ) I think of my cooking as American foods with Korean flavours. I read cookbooks the way most people will read novels, history books, religion books or even dictionaries. I read cookbooks just to learn, even if I never make the particular cuisine.

alternative and heavy metal for the most part but I also enjoy K-drama soundtracks like Star In My Heart, Winter Sonata & Tae Wang Sa Shin Gi. I also enjoy Yiruma's music as well.

Aquariums in Pyongyang, Eyes of the Tailless Animals: Prison Memoirs of a North Korean Woman, history books, Messianic Jewish books, cookbooks (especially Korean, Asian, Jewish ones).
