The Peaceful Side of the Smokies isn't just for vacationers. If you're planning a business meeting or group gathering, there are numerous meeting spaces and accommodations -- hotels, motels, cabins and bed & breakfasts -- within minutes of Knoxville's airport and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park.
