Mate could you help me out with hdds?

i am planning to buy a
Samsung SpinPoint F1 Desktop Class HD103UJ
1 TB

but would like to run my hdds in raid. Could you give me a hint wich one to pick? or should i just go with 2? 2 tb seems to big, never gonna use that much either :)
