Help National Right to Work Stop President Obama From Gutting Union Disclosure Regulations RightToWork - 3,746 views - 4 months ago
Despite promises of transparency and accountability, President Obama is poised to rollback critical union disclosure regulations that ensure workers forced to pay union dues actually know what they're funding. Please help the National Right to Work Foundation fight these changes by watching this video, forwarding it to concerned friends, coworkers, and family members, and commenting on the proposed rule changes at the Foundation's website.

Should the Government Bail Out Compulsory Unionism? RightToWork - 3,003 views - 7 months ago
UAW operatives have used their monopoly bargaining privileges to expand compulsory unionism across the automotive industry. Now UAW bosses are pushing for a massive bailout package.

But government should eliminate forced unionism, not subsidize it.

The Right to Work principle affirms the right of every American to work for a living without being compelled to belong to a union.

Compulsory unionism in any form--"union," "closed," or "agency" shop--is a contradiction of the Right to Work principle and the fundamental human right that the principle represents.

Funny how NRTW claims to be FOR everyone's rights yet it censors comments on it's videos. LMFAO! So much for allowing everyone's voice to be heard. These types are exactly why we need the EFCA passed. Let EVERYone be heard.

For anyone who hasn't read "Stranglehold" by Reed Larson, it's a great 'must read' book... and it's free!

I am in Ohio and we need right work laws here. What is your group doing or have been doing to make this happen here. Also, this could benefit Michigan as well.

NRTW gets it's funding from Big Business who would rather see it spent on the fight AGAINST Working Families instead of paying out liveable wages.

Thank you for protecting the rights of American workers. Your cause is the best hope young Americans just starting out have of rising based on merits, not on seniority or slavishness to socialist labor unions.

Unions have historically been a leading force for Democracy and Human Rights. The history on that is clear. That's exactly why such enormous efforts have been undertaken in the United States, in a relentless and a self-conscious Class War to undermine and destroy them. The basic method of this successful Anti- Union War was illegally firing thousands of workers for exercising their rights to organize. Managements goal has been to undermine the basic rights guaranteed workers under The Wagner Act, or The National Labor Relations Act.

The National Labor Relations Act, or Wagner Act, is a 1935 U.S. Federal Law, that protects the rights of workers in the private sector to organize Labor Unions, and to engage in "collective bargaining." The Wagner Act drove business berserk, they thought they had the country by the throat; but, along comes The Great Depression, and old F.D.R. signing this legislation. So the ink was barely dry on the President's Pen, before the business community set about undermining the rights in this act. As you can see, the business community is still at it... what a crock, quote, "Right To Work"!

I wish California was a right-to-work state. I work in the healthcare field. I have been applying to a lot of hospitals in the state because my profession is very competative and very limited. There were a lot of positions that I feel I could have gotten if I had applied to them, but I couldn't because they were for union members only. I could have had a job by now.
