The Right to Work principle affirms the right of every American to work for a living without being compelled to belong to a union.

Compulsory unionism in any form--"union," "closed," or "agency" shop--is a contradiction of the Right to Work principle and the fundamental human right that the principle represents.

Yes! We at the CHN support the movement to abolish
all American unions. Reduce the rights of workers and
stabilize salaries so that America can compete on a
level playing field with the developing world.

NRTW forgets, right to work doesn't mean right to hire illegals. That is not much differance of the unions hiring illegals and card buyers. they just get payed better.
NRTW some how doesn't show that between union and non-union companies, they both bid jobs close to the same amount. Meaning company owners and CEO's of non-union make $millions$ in bonuses to cut back jobs and hours and send jobs over seas. So the workers makes less and the CEO's make more. It's a two way street.
The NRTW as well as the AFL-CIO look after all the ones on the top, all the while claiming they are looking after the working man.
Sad fact but true.

(cont) Then joined a union. I unlike many with 17 years in the trde, didn't just buy my union card. I went through the training program. I found that I really didn't know that much. and I'm glad I went through the program. In fact when I joined, they refused to sell me a card.
Now things have changed. The AFL-CIO sent out a momo some years back, that all locals start selling cards and allowing un-skilled and un-trained workers into the union just to get their memberships up. Legals and illegals and help them in covering up the illegals. As well as the government, knowing these illgels are stealing peoples SSI nunbers to get to work and do nothing about it. As of this year the AFL-CIO lobbied to make it to where illegals can not be prosecuted for id theft. Everyone else can but not illegals. That became law this year.

I've been union for only 17 years. Before that in the same trade 17 years. I have seen both sides. What I have seen before and after is the very same story as the one below. By 100's of different people. Some in so called letters, flyers and people have told me the very same story. How they woked open shop and the wifes were called alost the bay, bla bla bla... If fact as a non-union I help spread that one. i was totally against unions. Use the one,"I'll never pay to work for anyone". I used them all.

In the 50's, I was hired by a company that had mandatory Union membership (closed shop) which I was unaware of at the time, paid my dues but, never attended a meeting. After 5 years they voted to strike, I refused went to a non-union office of the company. They made threatening calls to my pregnant wife while I was on assingment causing her so much stress she lost the baby. They threw paint over my house left threatening notes in my mailbox and in general made my life miserable. THEY ARE AN INFECTED SORE ON THE ASS OF SOCIETY

As a young person I was exposed to union intimidation and coersion. I learned to hate the whole conception of paying to work,I've seen people killed, people beat up, private property sabotaged ,equipment
destroyed, and had threats against myself ,however, like most bullies ,union toughs usually tend to leave
people alone who are willing to reciprocate maltreatment! Although I believe workers must stick together
to get decent treatment, that does not mean paying organized crime for a job.
