Según comentó Salvador de León, vicepresidente de la Comisión Normalizadora, FIFA informó a la Fesfut, ayer, que a partir del 1 de agosto El Salvador podrá convocar a Arturo Álvarez.
"Lo único que FIFA nos recomienda es que investiguemos si el jugador no tiene ningún problema para jugar con nosotros. Nosotros ya estamos haciendo los averiguaciones, para que el jugador se pueda incorporar al campamento del equipo", comentó De León.
