does anyone know whats the best exhaust for a PGO metro buddy 50cc?

Keep it coming with the Yamaha C3 upgrades! I know my local yamaha/kawasaki/Honda/BRP/suzuki/ dealer can't keep the C3's in! They all sell! There is never a C3 in their showroom they have all kinds of other scooters in their showrooms but never the C3 I got my C3 in sept of 07 and it was one of the two that were left in the Michigan warehouse that year. A liquid cooled 4 stroke 50cc is higher tech than other 50cc scooters it has ceramic coated cylinders and can run all day in the hottest of weather. With parts from MRP this scooter can run with modified 80cc big bore kitted chinese engines and never overheat.

when dropping a scooter where do you cut on the forks and aprox. how much do you cut off? Are there any rims for a 50cc scooter-PGO Big Max?

from in, i am working on many units, scooters and karts. we are ramping up for 2009'' with all the help from MRP'' we have bld'' many zongshen 50, 150, 200's also very hot TGB's 50x and keywest, sunset, that will get!!,, my R&D is off to the races this winter.
my test bed , X50 in black has ran up to 75 mph last summer'' and after i install are stage 7 porting& new gears i will brake the 90 mph plane. with all that is going on in our town, we are leading the way. thank you joel'' you all our the best!!!

what do you hook the ignition coil up to on a gy6, and whats that hooked up to?

Hey thanks for the add... I used to have a GY6-powered scoter... it had a 170cc piston and cylinder... Custom head, and MRP full kit (header, exhaust, camshaft, clutch, spring, variator, etc. etc.) All the work was made by myself at a local bike shop since I graduated as a bike mechanic... I gotta say those GY6s tear some ass.... I used to own stock Kymcos, sure they caught up at 65-70 mph... but by then I had run more than 1/8 mile. I moved on to a 250cc scooter, and I feel the need to go back to a 150... specially with the 200cc stroker out... Plus I want nitrous.. it should be fun.

Im woried that with the GY6 swap I would be getting dogged by the police in my city. How can you throw a 150CC engine on a scoot and expect to roll around with racking up tickets???(o.O)!

Just bought a new 2007 TGB Key West BH1

Only mod so far is removing the Bronze collar from the variator.  Using a GPS, the top speed changed from 30mph to 45 mph (with a good tail wind).

Do you have any engine, exhaust, or variator mods for this model for more HP & speed?
