hey dude, i hear the romanian ak's are realy good. but others say their crap.i think their prety good when i was looking at one. but never fired one. whats your opinion on them?

Sir I have an interesting and probably important question. That is why take a carbine class if your just an average civilian because it requires a good bit of money (around $3000). You for the rifle, gear, mags, ammo,etc. Now I do have a brother and a cousin trying to join the local shierff's office and another cousin who has served 2 tours in Iraq with the 4th Stryker Brigade. A ccw class is one thing but even local law enforcement officers in most average towns don't need carbine tactical training. I just asking what would your reason be for taking this kind of class. I would honestly like to take one but the instructors look like their rushing a little. Now of course safety is first, but my point is safety. I don't think I feel safe enough to be running up spiriting and engaging targeting with a loaded rifle with other people on the sides of me. I'm familar with Ar15s but fired 200 rounds through my rifle only. Thanks
