This channel chronicled my journey anticipating the film adaptation, "The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian." Well, after counting down for 392 days, the film has finally been released! Videos #1-78 are my pre-movie speculation and analysis. Videos #79-92 are my post-movie thoughts. I will now use this channel for a random video every now and then.

Most people would probably call me a Narnia purist. I have loved these books (by CS Lewis) for a long time, and it's extremely important to me that the movies be as faithful as possible. I try not to sugar-coat anything, but say it exactly like it is, good or bad. I don't consider myself a pessimist; I just think optimism is something that has to be earned.

- In June 2007, I visited the Prince Caspian set in Prague and interviewed the cast and crew. You can read my reports at NarniaWeb.

Movies and Shows: The Lord of the Rings, Sweeney Todd, Edward Scissorhands, Big Fish, The Matrix, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, Signs, Unbreakable, Sixth Sense, Spider-Man, Invasion of the Body Snatchers, 300, Jaws, Star Wars. ... And I liked LWW, but I don't think I would call it one of my favorite movies. I'm obviously a "fan" of it because I'm a die-hard fan of the books, but I'm not sure if I would have bought the DVD if I hadn't read the books.
Music: If I like a movie and its score, I'll buy the CD. Latley, I've been listening to the Sweeney Todd soundtrack a lot. ... And I do think Harry Gregson-Williams did his job well with the Narnia score. It's not the most interesting soundtrack, but it doesn't have to be, because the score serves the story well, which is exactly what a score is supposed to do.

I love Narnia too, and was kind of dissapointed with the movies, but loved them anyway just cuz their Narnia <3. Edmund is my favorite, but I love Lucy too. *not the username*

Man!, I am so sad to see this end. At the last video i sorta just sat at my computer for a couple minutes in silence just staring at the screen. "Is it over?" I said in my head many many times. Your videos made me really get excited fro the movie. I told everyone the day before i went to the movie that it was the most anticipated movie of my lifetime. Wow! In fact, at one of my youth group nights, they played the preview the week before the movie came out. I told my friend i was going to bite his hand off I was so excited........ that was kinda odd. Dang! That ending of the last video was so dramatic. I really am just typing stuff for no reason. Kinda bored.
