I notice Ezra keeps getting called "racist" for publishing the Mohammed Danish Cartoons.

Even in the comments HERE the comics are called "racist". This is another sad side-effect of "HRC's"; They encourage belief that "insulting Islam" is "racisim".

Islam is not a RACE! It's a backward and violent ideology. It NEEDS ridicule and contempt.

While we are all "de-normalizing" the HRC's, perhaps some effort should be dedicated to "de-normalizing" Islam.

It appears that freedom of speech is NOT a natural part of the Canadian culture anymore. It appears that some individuals are trying to limit the freedom. Those are people who traveled to canada from arab dictatorships now want to create similar type of dictatorship in Canada.

Ezra is pussy on this particular issue of printing by copy cat act. Danish caricatures printing do not qualify as freedom of printing. Those cartoons were racist attack on a belief.
You have to live with the facts that, International moral and copy rights do apply on printing. If some thing is morally and religiously forbidden in most of the countries in the world, they cant be produced here in Canada.

I enjoyed reading your columns in the Calgary Sun some years back, and I am impressed with how you got light shed on the inner workings of that so-called court.
