Working Better is a new initiative of the Equality and Human Rights Commission aiming to identify and promote innovative new ways of working which help meet the challenges of the 21st century. As part of our 'Working Better' consultation, we spoke to people at big and small businesses to find out how they balance work and personal lives. The Commission is holding a Formal Inquiry into the actions of public authorities to eliminate disability related harassment and its causes and we want to hear your views on our draft Terms of Reference. We have produced five BSL videos clips that will: 1.Introduce to the Inquiry consultation 2.Explain the Inquiry scope 3.List the draft Terms or Reference 4.List the consultation questions and detail how you can respond 5.Give details of consultation events we are hosting in England and Wales. You can read more about the Inquiry at www.equalityhumanrights.com/dhfi
