Digital Economy Forum

Digital Economy Forum - Organized by the U.S. Embassy in Italy. The Digital Economy Forum brings together American, Italian, and European digital experts, entrepreneurs, marketing directors, and CTOs to exchange ideas about how digital technologies, online platforms, and open information flow online can help start-ups and companies grow, reach new markets, and innovate.

Just as importantely, the U.S. State Department is working to promote greater Internet access and an open and legal information flow on the Internet worldwide.

Throughout 2011-12, the Digital Economy Forum will host four events to address these issues and encourage a more robust digital ecosystem in Italy:

- March DEF Start-Up Boot Camp in Milan

- 10-11 May DEF Content in Venice
