Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, at an elevation of 6,800 feet above sea level, is home to breathtaking mountain scenery and more than 800 animals, representing 200+ different species. All of your favorites are here...from giraffes and elephants to monkeys, penguins, hippos and even birds of prey.
