Waste Commission Of Scott County

We're the Waste Commission of Scott County (WCSC), a 28E, inter-governmental agency established in 1972. We provide environmentally sound and economically feasible solid waste management for Scott County. We operate the Scott Area Landfill, the Scott Area Recycling Center, Electronics Recovery Center, and Household Hazardous Material Facility. WCSC also serves as the local Keep America Beautiful affiliate (commonly referred to as ILiveHereQC).
