A dog and a couple self-build the Beach HOUSE

We are a couple who bought a 46 years-old house close to the sea in Japan to self build our beach house.  We want to make it as a place where my friends and we can enjoy time together and whoever wants to go out to sea can go and comeback anytime during others enjoying BBQ etc.  We are complete amateurs in building house.  Maybe it is fun watching Japanese style house goes through drastic changes. Sometimes we ask professionals to help and ask about how to do.
