THE UMAMI PROJECT

A mixture of poetry, music, gastronomy and audiovisual harmony for you to enjoy. 🌟🎶🍽️🎨

The Umami Project is a community of musicians, poets and gastronomy artists that come together to share knowledge and innovate new sounds, pushing the limit of possibilities in the audiovisual world. We want to awaken most of our human senses, restore dignity and respect through the exchange of cultural knowledge, art and memory. We also provide interviews, podcast that enhance the diversity of our world. We start with the gastronomy of Colombian dishes and move around the globe. Through our YouTube channel and Website we amplify voices and community pillars the world may not have not come across but should most definitely get to know. As a band we also provide music for your entertainment. We play at various festivals, events and restaurants or gastronomy project launches that share the same mission as UMAMI.
