We know that singing and music is fantastic for children's mental health and children LOVE singing! Singing lowers cortisol, the chemical in our body linked to stress, raises our endorphins giving us that 'happy' feeling. Children also need to move! 
Through the COVID-19 pandemic the UK government have currently suggested NO SINGING at school or nursery. We find this tragic! 
This is why we have put together the Daily Smile so that PARENTS your child can still sing and learn so much from these short activities.
