Tackle the Feelings before the Behaviour

Hi Everyone! My name is Paula Taylor and I am a fully qualified psychotherapist and parenting therapist/educator.
'Tackle the Feelings before the Behaviour' is a parenting approach that focusses on how to regulate or manage your children's emotions and build healthy attachment bonds between you and your child. The core principle is to 'tackle their feelings before their behaviour'. My video's will guide you through the different emotions and feelings in a variety of contexts and I will share many helpful tips. I will also help people who have their own childhood trauma and who are wanting to know a bit more about their 'inner child' You will gain knowledge and support with attending to your children's emotional needs and teaching your children how to cope with difficult emotions and situations. My aim is to make information free and accessible to all parents and people wanting to learn more about themselves and their kids.
