Rodger started developing the LAB Profile from NLP's (NeuroLinguistic Programming) metaprogram concepts in the mid '70s. He retired from his Senior Programmer Analyst position at IBM in 1980 to devote full time to consulting, training, and developing the LAB Profile for managers to have an effective tool for understanding whjat makes each person tick.
