Rising and Smiling

Welcome to Rising and Smiling with Lex! I share movement healing classes, using the Somatic Activated Healing (SAH) Method™, which is a practice that gives you ways to release the emotional baggage we hold onto in our bodies. We will be practicing breath work, mindfulness, movement with mantras, and ecstatic dance!
I am a certified SAH Method Teacher and dance has saved my life!
I post every Wednesday.
