Open Artificial Brain Life Support (OpenABLS)

OpenABLS is an open-development initiative working toward Artificial Brain Life Support: a continuity platform intended to preserve a person’s brain when their body can no longer sustain life, while keeping a path open to communication, embodiment, participation, and future recovery.

We’re building in public—from an off-the-shelf OpenABLS Workbench, through an integrated development prototype, toward a reproducible reference platform that researchers and industry can improve.

This channel documents the engineering, roadmap, experiments, demonstrations, team meetings, design decisions, failures, and progress behind the project.
