Hi, I'm Linda. This is a channel about making the most of your healthy years — the years when you have the health, the freedom, and the time to truly enjoy them.

I'm in my fifties, and like a lot of people at this stage, I spent decades pouring myself into work and family — always telling myself I'd get to the good stuff later.

This channel is about not waiting for "later" anymore.

It's for anyone in their fifties or sixties thinking differently about time — about travel, creativity, big decisions, and the things we keep putting off. Some of it is about doing more. A lot of it is about being more — more rested, more yourself, more present for the years ahead.
