Killer Pencil

Hi! My name is Katie and I am thrilled to reveal a comic strip that I have co-created alongside my best friend, Heather, and it’s called Killer Pencil.

During our awkward adolescent years, Heather and I collided macabre with comedy, macabredy if you will. Killer Pencil is a character who emerged from the depths of our warped, dark-humored minds. While the other children were passing around love notes and gossip during class, we were coming up with horrific, but creative, Killer Pencil cartoons. Each drawing starts off with a non-threatening, everyday occurrence, but with Killer Pencil lurking close by, the scenario inevitably ends with either mine or Heather’s gruesome demise. The catchy one-liners are just a bonus. Our intention was only ever to make each other laugh and it still holds up to this day.

So don’t be a wuss! Give him a gander. We understand he’s not everyone’s cup of tea, but we think he’s bloody brilliant.
