Takao Hirayama Official Channel

This is the official channel of Takao Hirayama, a member of the Kyoto City Council, offering the city information that contain the charm of Kyoto as well as administration. I was born and raised in Higashiyama ward. After graduating from Ritsumeikan University, I'd worked at SMBC and was elected for the first time in April 2015 (currently second term).
