High quality shoes are an investment. Their elegant and timeless design, and the fact that you can resole them, make them last years or even decades. 

Welted shoes are therefore more sustainable and better for the environment. But the initial investment is higher, and they need proper care.

Furthermore, nothing represents style and confidence more, than a quality pair of shoes.
