I was unstoppable! At the peak of my 20+ year career in music as a singer songwriter & musician, life threw me a curve ball just before I turned 40. The unique journey of cancer care-giving to preparing for death of my Father & Soul mate in 2014/6 & the extraordinary path of addiction.

Music became my muse. I explored the expression of my heart in new ways as I navigated grief alongside abstinence. I stepped fully into my power through this softening, surrender and eventual sobriety.

I learned the language of emotions, embodiment, the nervous system, inherited ancestral trauma, inner child healing, spiritual connection. 

I am a translator of emotions. I guide transformational journeys. I help you navigate beliefs and imprints that have held you back for decades, clearing the path for deep personal expansion and self-sovereignty.
