Hey everyone! My name is Dr. Caroline Ludwig and I'm a Physical Therapist in Albuquerque, NM with a passion for hiking and all things outdoors! I created this You Tube channel to serve as a reference for my patients and clients to find how-to videos demonstrating correct form for their exercises. Most exercises will be uploaded in a quick reference format. In-depth instruction, demonstration, and education are given during client sessions. These are not intended to diagnose, heal, or fix any one problem. Consult a healthcare professional prior to use as well as if you are unsure if an exercise is right for you. 

My mission is to help you solve complex problems with mindful movement. Although the problems maybe be complex, the solution is simple. If you are working directly with me, we will utilize a holistic approach with a 3 step process to improve not only how you feel in your body, but also in your life and overall wellbeing.
