Dr. Monica Blied is a Clinical Psychologist, wife, mother of 3, Lupus warrior, and the founder of "Faces of Health" the app & online course!

Dr. Blied is the co-author of 12 journal articles, 4 book chapters, and over 120 conference presentations. In addition to being an Adjunct Professor at Pepperdine University, Dr. Blied also serves on the Medical Advisory Board for Lupus LA & with the California Psychological Association.

Dr. Blied has expertise in the mind-body health connection. In her private practice in California, she specializes in working with adults with chronic illnesses and also provides adult ADHD and Autism evaluations. Dr. Blied supports people's recovery and resilience in the face of suffering by providing therapy, health & wellness coaching, Biofeedback, Brainspotting, EMDR, chair yoga exercise training, and mindfulness training.
