If you’ve ever felt torn between the way you were raised and the kind of parent you want to be… you’re not alone.

Here, we talk about detoxing from internalized narratives based in shame and fear before we pass them on, and how to instead parent in a steady way that builds resilient, self-trusting kids.

You’ll learn how to regulate yourself first, break old cycles, talk about hard things without increasing fear, and raise strong humans who are kind to themselves.

Because you can’t protect your kids from everything.
But you can give them the strength to face the challenges that come their way.

I'm Carrien Blue, parent coach, and mom of 6. My courses have helped thousands of parents to break harmful cycles and create safety and trust in their homes. My holistic approach combines practical tools with nervous system regulation to help you build trust, connection, and lasting resilience.
