Hello 🙋‍♂️ Thank you for finding your way to this message! I hope to help U shine a light 💡 and a bit more understanding about what it is to be Trauma Informed so that U can have compassionate awareness for yourself and others! I believe that understanding is the opposite of fear and I hope that I can be a WELL of information ℹ️ so that U can feel BEttER after whatever has happened to U, be it an accident, incident or abuse (and this includes self inflicted trauma). We can’t know what we don’t know, and that’s okay 👌 we always do the best with what we knew at the time 🕰️ And if you feel like it’s time to CRE8 HEALTHY CHOICES, I’m here to help you on your journey! Taking a coffee ☕️ break and having a chat about your journey so far can help us to identify your blind spots and I can help U with Brainspotting 🧠 and positive psychology coaching to get you through the ‘Traffic Lights of Tolerance ™️’ from red ❤️‍🩹 to green ♻️! Life is a journey not a final destination, enjoy the ride 🥳
