Carine VAN HEE: See the System- Support the victim

Hi, I’m Carine, a Belgian-born visual artist living in Norway.
I share my journey from victim to survivor to advocate, so no one has to feel alone in that confusing space between “Is this normal?” and “I need help.”

What I wish I’d had back then:
* a role model to say, “I recognize this,”
* simple language for complex patterns,
* and a safe place to start healing.

That’s why I wrote my book “Is it me? The hidden system behind toxic relationships,” and why I create art like “You are not alone” and Art installations like 'You are tagged' that make power imbalances visible.

On Youtube, I share my lived experiences, my struggles and my insights.

None of us are immune to unhealthy relationships. However, with awareness and knowledge, we can choose again and heal.
