Dawn Nicole 💖 Lettering Artist 

Dawn Nicole is an artist specializing in playful lettering and illustration. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in English, an M.B.A., and an Advanced Certificate in Graphic Design and Branding. Notable client work includes designing a coloring book-style Valentine’s day box for Krispy Kreme Doughnuts, doing live in-store calligraphy for Kendra Scott Charleston, and creating a Hand-Lettered book cover for Be Kind to Yourself (Megan Logan, Better Day Books). She’s taught workshops at Pinners Conference Atlanta and Salt Lake City for Tombow and a Wedding Calligraphy workshop in Charleston, SC, for Mixbook Photo Co. Dawn is an Enneagram Type 1w9 with a love of kindness, coffee, reading, ampersands, Mondays, hoop earrings, Thai food, and her Apple Pencil. She resides near St. Louis with her Air Force husband, their three school-aged children, and three dogs. Her new book, The Art of Playful Lettering, hits bookstores in 2023.
