ಆತ್ಮೀಯ ಭಂದುಗಳೇ ನನ್ನ ಜೀವನದ ಉದ್ದೇಶ ಧ್ಯಾನದಬಗ್ಗೆ ತಿಳಿಸುವುದಾಗಿದೆ. ಈ ಕುರಿತಾಗಿ ನಾನು ತಮ್ಮ ಮುಂದೆ ಈ ವಿಡಿಯೋಗಳನ್ನು ನಿಮಗಾಗಿ ನೀಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದೇನೆ.

    ಧ್ಯಾನದ ವಿಧಾನಗಳು ಒಟ್ಟು 114 ಅದರಲ್ಲಿ 2 ಭೌತಿಕ, ಅಂದರೆ ಅಸ್ತಿತ್ವವನ್ನು ಮೀರಿದ್ದು, ಇದು ಬಹುಶಃ ಮೋಕ್ಷದ ನಂತರದ ಸ್ಥಿತಿಯಾಗಿದೆ. ನಾವು ಅನುಸರಿಸಬೇಕಾದದ್ದು 112, ನಾವು ಇವುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾವುದಾದರೂ ಒಂದನ್ನು ಅನುಸರಿಸಿದರೆ ಸಾಕು. ಮನುಷ್ಯನು ಧ್ಯಾನದ ಉಪಸ್ಥಿತಿಗೆ ತನ್ನನ್ನು ತೊಡಗಿಸಿಕೊಂಡರೆ ಜೀವನ ಸಾರ್ಥಕ ವಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಈ ಕಿರು ಸಂದೇಶಗಳನ್ನು ಜನಸಾಮಾನ್ಯರಿಗೆ ನೀಡುವುದು ನನ್ನ ಕರ್ತವ್ಯವಾಗಿದೆ.
