Welcome to Peak Performance & Rehab!

If you're dealing with pain, recovering from injury, or want to move and perform better, you're in the right place. This channel helps you understand your body, reduce pain, and build lasting strength with expert-led guidance.

Located in Salt Lake City, Utah, we offer both in-person and virtual physical therapy sessions, so you can get the care you need, no matter where you are. Our clinic blends hands-on care with treatments like dry needling, spinal manipulation, cupping, blood flow restriction, high-intensity laser therapy, and more. We also provide recovery services like cold water immersion, infrared sauna, pneumatic compression massage, and support in areas like bike fitting, movement analysis, and nutrition.

At Peak, we work for you, not your insurance. No cookie-cutter care, no fluff. Just honest, effective therapy built around your goals, your timeline, and your life.
