 My name is Pooja & I can’t wait to share my recipes with you. I will be sharing Vegetarian recipes of all global cuisines. I will post at least 1 new recipe and video every week. My aim is to make Food a delicious experience for you.Most of my recipes are very easy, some of them need some basic equipments like a stand mixer. 

Food, especially pastry has been a passion of mine since I was a child. I began baking with my Mother since I was 5 years old. I am a trained pastry chef from the Institute of Culinary Education, NYC. I love experimenting with food and am a self taught chef. I ran a successful home bakery in Kolkata - Cake by Pooja. In pastry school I won the Top Toque award & placed 2nd in the US Junior Pastry Chef Comp 2016 & was the 1st Indian who placed.
