Chatting Change with Tammy

Welcome! My channel is all about how to thrive navigating through change. Let's be honest, change is HARD! BUT... there are strategies and skills that one can learn to be more resilient, more focused, and more successful while leading themselves AND others through change.

My field of study and experience has been in behavioral psychology as it relates to how people learn and grow (Education and Design), and how people manage through change (Change Management). I apply this not only to my career helping companies lead through transformational technology changes and developing leaders at all levels, but also to my personal life. My hope is that there are new kernels and nuggets you can take away from my experiences, mistakes, and successes and can help motivate change in your life for the good things that can come from change.
