Sunday Shuttle Squad

“Let’s play BONDminton!” 🏸

Casual Palo-Palo for Health and Fun!

☀️We’re a group of friends (and friends of friends!) who gather every Sunday for badminton—mainly for fun, fitness, and stress relief.

🚦Started in June 2024 as a simple “palo-palo try lang,” the group has since grown into a regular weekend habit. With outfits and gear as a small self-investment, we’ve been playing consistently and steadily improving together.
