This is the way to healing, and decreased inflammation. As we know all forms of sickness are a result of some type of inflammation within the body, so to decrease that inflammation we must learn to increase our vibrations. Our bodies are electrical, they are not fueled from acidic foods, dead enzymes, they are fueled by living nutrients. When you juice you break the cell wall open on the fruits and vegetables you are extracting only the enzymes stripping the fiber away. When we eat our digestive system works for hours digesting our food so to be able to effectively heal the body we need to give our digestive system a break.
