Welcome to OVENTales. I am Syama, and here are  some recipes  that we love. 
Cooking can be extremely stressful or a  stress buster depending on how you approach it. These recipes start from the tastes and  textures that of old  customized for the kitchens of today.  I believe that  eating real food is the  way to go - but sometimes in the busy lives it is OK to take some shortcuts or get help.
