ON-RAMP CNY 

The Central New York One Network for Regional Advanced Manufacturing Partnerships (ONRAMP) is a workforce development initiative designed to connect diverse and skilled New Yorkers with career opportunities in advanced manufacturing, the building trades, and related industries. 

ONRAMP’s primary goal is to strengthen the regional talent pipeline by providing participants with the academic and technical skills required to succeed in high-demand training programs and careers. The initiative also supports employers by developing customized training pathways that align with industry needs and workforce projections. 
The vision of ONRAMP is to build a diverse, inclusive, and highly skilled workforce that reflects the Syracuse and Central New York communities and supports the region’s continued economic growth. 

ONRAMP serves as a trusted community and industry partner, advancing equitable access to training and sustainable employment for underrepresented and underserved populations.
