Chocolate makes you happy 🍫 by Lili Molina

Chocolate makes you happy, but what is Chocolate?

Hi, I'm Liliana, a Colombian chocolatier and artist based in the Netherlands.
I'm celebrating 10 years of hosting chocolate tastings with this channel, to help you discover and undestand the world of cacao and chocolate in a simple, fun, and authentic way.

Whether you're just curious or a true chocolate lover, here you'll learn:
* How chocolate is made (from bean to your favorite chocolate)
* How to taste chocolate like an expert!
* Stories from its origins in Colombia to Europe and beyond
* Behind the scenes of the chocolate world
* Tips and easy recipes to enjoy fine chocolate

Do you have questions about chocolate? I have the answers.

I speak Spanish, English, and basic Dutch, so here you'll find a mix of cultures and flavors: I'm a blend of stories and a passion for chocolate, and if I make a mistake in English, don't worry! Your chocolate will make you happy anyway =)
