Amy Norman | Messy & Magical

Welcome to Messy & Magical 💫
I’m Amy — life coach, somatic and energy practitioner, grandmother, ocean lover, and a woman fully embracing the beauty of aging.
This channel is for women who are healing, evolving, and learning to love themselves at every stage of life —
Here we talk about:
• Self-love and emotional healing
• Mental health and nervous system regulation
• Embracing aging with confidence
• Reinvention and self-trust
• Somatic work, reiki, and sound healing as tools for alignment
I believe healing isn’t just mindset — it’s embodied.
It lives in the body. It lives in the breath. It lives in the way we learn to feel safe within ourselves.
The ocean is where I find my peace — a reminder that we can be both powerful and soft, steady and ever-changing.
Somedays you'll get me fresh out of bed with some fantastic bedhead, somedays you'll get me with my shit together🤷‍♀️ I guarantee you will always get authentic Amy, working shit out right beside you, holding a safe space.
