The trick is to focus on dishes that have fresh simple ingredients, using simple techniques, and basic kitchen tools.
We try to make sure that you can buy all your ingredients at any local supermarket and use the basic cooking tools you already own without resorting to fancy gadgets.
I've found that just focusing on some basic techniques and food concepts have let us enjoy restaurant quality food at home with minimal effort.
