Training Lounge【Takashi Nakano】

This channel is created by Physical Coach/Sports Trainer/ Physio, Takashi Nakano.

Takashi currently trains numerous professional athletes including top athletes from J-LEAGUE soccer, Japanese Professional Baseball League (NPB),  as well as top athletes from around the globe.

Takashi is currently also the physical coach for the Japan Blind Soccer National Football Team as well as a lecturer for the APF (Italian Trainer's Association).

This channel is dedicated to introducing his method of body-control training used to improve pro-athlete performance, to athletes of all levels and age groups as well as to all who wish to stay limber and healthy.
