The Institute of Heat Engineering WUT

The Institute of Heat Engineering was established in the 1950s. Its founder was professor Bohdan Stefanowski. From the beginning until today, ITC is one of the best places in the country for scientists and academics related to energy and combustion problems.
At present, ITC is part of the Faculty of Power and Aeronautical Engineering and brings together 5 departments 
• Refrigeration and Energy in Buildings,
• Machines and Power Equipment,
• Rational Use of Energy,
• Aircraft engines,
• Thermodynamics.
