InVivo Spine

Welcome to InVivo Spine; McGill Method Provider. If you require help executing the McGill Big 3 or if you're not sure if you are performing the Big 3 with the correct form, you've come to the right place. Here you will find videos of the Bird Dog, the McGill Modified Curl Up and the Side Bridge or Side Plank as well as variations of the McGill Big 3 including advanced and remedial versions performed with precise technique by Nicola Folino, McGill Method Certified Practitioner. Please be reminded that no exercises, not even the McGill Big 3, will be effective in reducing or eliminating your back pain if you have not identified and removed the root cause. Please contact www.invivospine.com for an assessment to assist with this critical first step.
