Griellea | Grief Support

Some losses change everything. Grief can reach into the ordinary day, the future you expected, and even the sense of who you are now.

This channel offers thoughtful grief support and coaching, including the parts of loss that can be difficult to understand or put into words.

Videos explore what grief is, how it can affect the mind and body, why it does not follow a tidy schedule or timeline, and the many ways it can show up in everyday life. Topics are grounded in contemporary grief research and education, professional training, and lived experience.

Griellea is a non-clinical grief support and coaching practice for adults living with loss, offering private one-to one support, online grief support groups, and educational offerings. The practice is led by Dillon Claire, a Grief and Loss Coach with formal training and certifications in grief coaching and education.

Whether your loss is recent or long ago, you are welcome here.
