Nature’s Whispers

I started taking videos of Nature during a time of ill health and fatigue. It felt as if the forests, birdsong, and soothing sound of the rain were helping me to heal. Nature isn’t rushed or frustrated, but unfolds quietly with ease. Seeing this, I rediscovered mindful living – life in this moment, one breath at a time.
When I take these videos I sit silently in the fresh forest air. In these moments I blend into the forest, and Nature’s moments flow through me, as me. As my heart settles, I feel at one with Nature, and my body and mind experience harmony.
When you watch these videos, I hope you’ll experience the same sense of calm. As the seasons change, the forest continues to transform. To experience this fully, please consider hitting the like button, subscribing to the channel, and enabling notifications.
Thank you for being here. May your day be filled with health, peace, and serenity.
