“Cold Crushing” Kadesh Rushing

Kadesh “Cold Crushing” Rushing known as Cold Crushing Kadesh Rushing, KJ was seemingly born with a basketball in his hands. This young man along with his parents Kenny and Monyetta Rushing have already mapped out his journey from elementary school to the NBA. 

According to KJ’s flight plan, he like one of his idols Dariq Whitehead will attend the prestigious Monteverde Academy, followed by a collegiate career at Duke University and ultimately be drafted into the NBA.

KJ’s proud mom, Monyetta introduced him to the game of basketball before his first birthday. At the tender age of 15-months, while he was still in pull-ups he was practicing nearly everyday and showed a love basketball. 

When asked why he plays the game, with a glint in his eye and a pep in his step, KJ’s answer is simple: “I love the game and I’m good at it”. Off the court Kadesh puts in the work to build mental toughness, he also excels in academics and fulfills his chores at home.
